Handle the day-to-day risk, fraud and payment-related issues. Make sure all customer withdrawals are processed correctly and in a timely manner whilst proactively anticipating issues to minimize fraud risk and upholding outstanding levels of customer service. 
 
Key Responsibilities
• Processes withdrawals across all brands;
• Verifies customer documents;
• Reports issues to payment providers;
• Answers risk, fraud & payment related queries;
• Accesses risk on player accounts;
• Specializes in the detection & prevention of fraud;
• Performs ad hoc tasks issued by the Team Leader;
• Registers Chargebacks;
• Suggests changes to improve the team;
• Writes new processes and implements them on the team;
• Handles side projects assigned by the team leader
 
Specialist Skills and experience
 
Essential:
• At least 1 year of experience in banking or iGaming industries;
• Knowledge of iGaming sector;
• Excellent understanding of all fraud and payments processes, including KYC, Fraud & Payments;
• MS Office proficiency.
 
Desired:
• English proficiency (Level B1 at least);
• Knowledge of iGaming sector;
• Strong knowledge of Sports and Casino.
