Kelly Newbound MBE

Kelly is and experienced Supply Chain Manager, Data Analyst and Lead Auditor. She has 22 years of extensive international supply chain experience supporting the British Army, Joint Service Operations & United Nations. Working at operational and strategic level on a number of major transformation programs.

She was awarded an MBE as the Supply Chain Director HQ British Forces Cyprus, United Nations (Op TOSCA) and high tempo operations in Afghan & Iraq. Write up under Honors & Awards.

Ciara Nic Liam

Ciara is the Global Gaming Product Director at Entain.

She has held top-level gaming product roles at the likes of Paddy Power, William Hill and Betsson. Achievements over her distinguished career include launching Paddy Power’s first mobile casino and app, building Rank’s digital casino team in Gibraltar, overseeing the full rebuild of William Hill’s live casino studios and proposition, and centralising Betsson’s casino operations globally under her team.

Her responsibilities now include leading Entain’s in-house game development teams and the group’s personalisation and gamification strategy.

Marie Hemingway

Marie is the founder and CTO of the award winning Not-For-Profit Speak Out Revolution, bringing strategic insights to individuals and organisations to optimally drive efforts to eradicate workplace inequality.

Marie splits her time between Speak Out Revolution, and as a Principal Consultant at Atkins, a global engineering consultancy. Marie primarily supports the UK Defence Enterprise designing and delivering programmes to mature organisational approaches to Asset Management with expertise in digital transformation, strategic investment decision making and people centric change.

Frances Holmes

Frances is the founder and CEO of the award winning Not-For-Profit Speak Out Revolution, bringing strategic insights to individuals and organisations to optimally drive efforts to eradicate workplace inequality.

Frances splits her time between her work at Speak Out Revolution and as a Strategic Technical Advisor at Microsoft, supporting business drive digital transformation in their product development, processes and culture, to embrace diversity of thought and inclusion, with expertise in concept development, Design thinking, innovation and organisational change.

Sophie Yaxley

Sophie is our panel host and is the Global HR Operations Director at Playtech.

She has over 15 years of HR experience and is a finalist for the HR Program Manager award at Women in tech awards this year. She was previously honoured at the WomenTech Global Network Awards in the HR Program of the Year
category, reflecting her successful delivery of Playtech’s global wellbeing programme in 2020.

Keddie Campbell

Keddie is one of our panellists and she heads up the Business Development team at Entain.

She has over 17 years of experience in igaming, having worked across programme development, operations, content management and delivery.

Gillian Nissim

Gillian is one of our pannellists and is the founder of WM People and has a demonstrated history of working in communications and in the staffing and recruiting industry. Strong business development professional skilled in Digital Strategy, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Management, Business Development, and Marketing Strategy.

Lucy Owen

Lucy is one of our panellists and the VP of Commercial at Playtech.

She rose through the ranks at gaming technology business Playtech to become the supplier’s vice-president of commercial. She says that her long tenure in the gaming industry has been mainly defined by positive experiences, citing her biggest challenge as finding a good work-life balance, “which I think only now is close to being right!”.

Claire Osborne

Claire is another of our pannellists and VP of Interactive at Inpired Entertainment, heading up the Casino games area of the business.

Claire has more than 15 years of experience in the online gaming market, working on both the supplier and operator side across multiple markets, products and countries. She served as Commercial Director at Nektan as well as working with Rank Interactive between 2005 and 2016, becoming the Mecca Digital Operations Director in Gibraltar in 2016.

Sara Jolly

Sara is one of our workshop curators, and heads up the Bingo brand's brand marketing at Entain.

She is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in implementing creative and innovative marketing strategies to drive profitable company growth. Intuitive leader with acute business acumen in evaluating market trends and customer needs to develop highly-effective, targeted marketing campaigns.

Emma Harris

Emma is an industry powerhouse, BrandCulture expert and leader of a transformational movement.

She spent a decade revolutionising Eurostar as its Marketing and Sales director. Now, the Founder and Chief of Glow London, she helps clients across the globe to build real brands that are connected into their people and culture.

Beyond, Emma is a much-loved mentor to industry talent. She is a Trustee of the Marketing Academy Foundation, and is supercharging her #slowthef*ckdown movement to help others prevent burnout. Emma was named Mentor of the Year at Campaign’s Female Frontier Awards 2022 and made Campaign’s 40 Over 40 2023 where judges called her “an inspirational leader and mentor who sparked a movement

Clémence Lépinard

Clem is one of our workshop curators and is a Senior Strategist at Neverland Creative.

She started her career in Paris, working in top advertising agencies across brand strategy, global digital transformations and CX for clients ranging from FMCG to gaming. After moving to London in 2016, Clem worked across Audi, Samsung and Kraft Heinz at BBH, delivering critically-acclaimed and award-winning campaigns. Since joining neverland in 2020, she has led brand and creative strategy on all Entain accounts, as well being a key part of the agency’s new business team. She has helped neverland grow from its founding clients to a roster which includes some of the UK’s most famous brands.

Noel Bunting

Noel is one of our workshop curators and is the Executive Director at Neverland Creative.

"Named as ‘one of the most creative people in advertising’ in New York before moving to London and becoming Global Creative Director on Dove and Unilever’s global campaigns, Noel now leads neverland’s creative department as Executive Creative Director. Her creative leadership has helped fast-track neverland from being a three person start-up in 2019, to becoming one of London’s most talked about, and rapidly growing, agencies.

Women in Power Live Founder

Lizzie started Women in Power Live in 2022 as an internal group at Entain, after realising that there was a gap when it came to learning tangible skills in the workplace for women. Her aim is not only to upskill women but to improve equity and diversity at Entain and in the industry.

Outside of Women in Power she's an iGaming expert, and an award winning diversity and inclusion champion, working closely with senior leadership teams to strategically plan for the future, collate and communicate strategy and manage business transformational programmes. She's a creator of culture and change, that build groups to enhance sustainability, as well as promote and retain a diverse workforce leading to the retention and growth of staff.
