Job Description
Entain is looking for a highly organised and proactive Production Assistant to join our creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of engaging, fast-paced content across our brands, with a strong focus on social-first campaigns.
The Role
As a Production Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering creative projects from concept through to production. You’ll oversee smaller design tasks while supporting wider campaign delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the production of smaller design tasks, primarily focused on social content
- Build and manage production schedules, ensuring tasks are effectively assigned and delivered on time
- Coordinate stakeholder feedback on campaigns, taking action where needed and managing expectations throughout
- Support Producers on larger campaigns and shoots as required
- Ensure all production activities adhere to current industry regulations and health & safety standards
- Maintain key team documents including resource plans, project status updates, and budget trackers
- Book internal resources and collate technical specifications to support forward planning and delivery
- Provide administrative support to the production team (e.g., call sheets, insurance documentation, finance processes, purchase orders)
- Assist with project-based tasks such as production meeting preparation and sourcing props and wardrobe
- Attend shoots when required, supporting on set as a Production Assistant
Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Production Assistant or Runner , working autonomously on creative projects within an agency, production company, or in-house environment
- Strong understanding of post-production workflows , including static and motion design, and short-form video content
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage feedback and collaborate across teams
- Highly organised with a track record of successfully managing timelines and delivering projects to brief
Desirable
- On-set experience supporting shoots
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Interest in sports and/or gaming
