Job Description
Entain is seeking a Senior Brand Executive to join our wider Marketing and Brand team. In this role, you will work closely with the Brand Manager and Head of Brand Gaming to support the delivery of strategic activation plans across our key markets.
In summary, you will collaborate with our CRM team on customer lifecycle activation, develop comprehensive digital brand plans alongside media agencies, and play a key role in delivering major marketing campaigns throughout the year.
This is a well-rounded position suited to an established brand marketing professional looking to take on greater ownership and contribute to high-impact initiatives.
What you will do:
- Support the Senior Brand Manager in executing the annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment with key strategic objectives.
- Maintain and manage a rolling calendar of marketing activity, ensuring all on-site and promotional activity is fully aligned with the overarching plan.
- Partner with Commercial, Propositions & Promotions teams to deliver the brand marketing plan, driving both commercial outcomes and brand KPIs.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across all customer touchpoints.
- Own timelines for campaign briefings and delivery, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets and spend.
- Analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommending optimisation opportunities.
- Ensure all activity complies with the latest Responsible Gambling regulations and industry standards.
- Continue to build and deepen knowledge across media, creative development, and brand strategy.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in a brand marketing role, ideally with exposure to integrated campaigns across creative, media, and internal channels.
- A clear and confident communicator, able to provide constructive and concise feedback against briefs.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive and creative thinker, able to contribute innovative ideas to the wider brand team.
- Commercially and analytically minded, with confidence working with data and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, time management, and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail, balanced with the ability to see the broader strategic picture.
