Wellbeing at Entain

We’re pleased to share our strategy for prioritising wellbeing at Entain, through our Well-me initiative, powered by our Think-well, Live-well and Work-well programmes.

“To help our colleagues feel healthy and supported at work and at home.”

Our Well-me initiative is designed to help employees make positive changes to improve their physical, mental, and emotional health, in turn creating a better performing, energised and productive workforce. To achieve this, we provide tools, training, and targeted support through our Think-well, Live-well and Work-well programmes.

Live-well aims to improve the physical health of our people through lifestyle changes, including diet, health, fitness, and work-life balance. We provide education and practical advice to raise awareness and build skills to help them feel at their best.

The Think-well programme is designed to support the emotional health and wellbeing of our colleagues.

Mental and emotional health problems range from the worries we all experience as part of day-to-day life, to serious long-term conditions requiring treatment. Mental health issues can affect the way you think, feel and behave.

We’ve structured our approach to provide support at three levels – for colleagues who are thriving, for colleagues who are struggling, and for colleagues who may be ill or off work.

Work-well is designed to improve the health and wellbeing aspects of our work environment. Workplace wellbeing relates to all aspects of our working life, from the quality and safety of where we work, to how our people feel about their working environment and how their work is organised.

Creating a culture of wellbeing

Our Well-me programme has cultural focus areas, influencing what we see, feel, say and do, how we interact with others and how we are treated. Here’s how we achieve that:

Leadership alignment: Helping our leaders to become wellbeing role-models.

Employee touchpoints: Putting wellbeing on the agenda of every aspect of the employee experience.

Wellbeing champions: Using a network of colleagues to promote wellbeing across the business.
