Job Description

The role in a nutshell:

This role is all about your contribution to the set-up, implementation, development and monitoring of customer protection and compliance policies. You will have a key function in satisfactory complaint resolution within our international Customer Service team. Furthermore, you will provide expertise to other units within the group on topics related to the areas mentioned.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling and assessment of customer cases falling into customer protection field while contributing to the development of the operative framework
  • Prevention and settlement of major complaints from customers  
  • Providing consultation and expertise to the Customer Services team and within the Group on operational matters with legal, regulatory and compliance implications
  • Contributing to internal and external audits
  • Contributing to relevant CS and company-wide projects

Qualifications

What we need from you: 

  • Interest and/or experience in customer protection, legal matters, mediation, risk management, anti-money laundering, compliance or regulatory matters, especially in the same industry, will be considered an asset
  • High level of English (C1/C2)
  • Intermediate or higher level of Spanish (B1/B2)
  • Good level in any additional language will be considered a plus
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Good team player
  • Analytical mind and critical thinking
  • Self-motivated, proactive, flexible and stress-resistant personality
  • Excellent communication, networking, and conflict management skills
  • High-quality oriented and able to cope with complexity
