Role: Residential Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Remote with travel to sites

The Role in a Nutshell
The Residential Maintenance Coordinator will ensure the effective delivery of all planned, reactive and capital maintenance activity in the Entain residential estate. Working proactively with the Entain Maintenance & Estates teams, its range of Tier 2 contractors and Primary FM Partner Trios to ensure maintenance and compliance issues are resolved to the tenant's satisfaction, in line with our legal and compliance obligations, as swiftly as possible. Ensuring all key stakeholders are kept informed of progress throughout the process.
 

What you'll be doing:

    Compliance – Ensure Entain remain compliant with all statutory & mandatory obligations in relation to the residential property estate. Including Gas, Electric, Asbestos, Legionella, FRA, Communal Areas.

    Ensure the swift and compliant response to all residential reactive maintenance tasks, managed via Entain's CAFM system Verisae to agreed KPIs & Budgets. Ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed of progress at all times.

    Ensure regulatory compliance with Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards and Energy Performance Certificates, instigating upgrade works and making exemption applications where applicable.

   Project Management of any residential capital refurbishment projects. Including specification agreement, tendering and operational delivery & signoff. Ensuring all works comply with relevant H&S regulations (e.g. CDM Regs 2015).

    Mitigation of security and health & safety risk connected with any vacant units within the estate.

    Conduct any site inspections that might be necessary from time to time in order to ensure the delivery of the above.

 
What we need from you: 

  Experienced in coordinating reactive maintenance tasks in multiple residential estates.

  Knowledge of relevant H&S legislation in relation to the delivery of residential maintenance.

   Advanced MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and FM related systems), presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.

  Extremely organised with strong attention to detail.

  Experienced in representing and communicating with the business at all levels.
