About the Role

Entain is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the unikrn team and help drive product insights and go-to-market strategy as we roll out our product across multiple countries. This role will help shape how the company communicates the product vision to its customers, solicit input from those customers and utilize those learnings to drive the product roadmap forward.

In 2021, Entain acquired unikrn to launch the company’s esports practice. unikrn is one of the world’s preeminent esports betting platforms. unikrn paved the wave in the sports betting industry by offering esports odds across 35 titles, as well as virtual esports and streamer betting. unikrn also boasts a skill-based betting platform that allows players to wager on themselves in ranked matches in the world’s most popular gaming titles.



Your Mission

  • Help identify product strategy opportunities for the unikrn experience across available platforms to drive activation, engagement, and retention goals.

  • Produce customer, market, and competitive insights as well as business and technical requirements from research/analytics to outline opportunities for improving the customer experience, building differentiated features, and developing more effective strategies, value props/positioning/messaging, and go-to-market plans.

  • Leverage user insights and competitive intelligence to craft compelling positioning, messaging, and narratives that effectively communicate the company's value proposition and differentiate it from other products in the market.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build differentiated, best-in-class product experiences that drive deep engagement and customer retention.

  • Manage translation operations to support our global presence.

  • Ability to collaborate with an emphasis on strong interpersonal skills, in order to effectively influence stakeholders drive alignment, and work cross-functionally (e.g. product, design, engineering, data science, research/insights, pricing/packaging, and marketing teams)

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise messaging that’s easy for users to understand

  • Strong growth mindset and intellectual curiosity, with a willingness to learn, flex into new areas, and continuously improve

  • Experience with breaking down broad, complex problems and thinking about them in a structured way in order to develop strategic solutions

  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience generating qualitative/quantitative insights and using them to inform strategies and decision-making

  • Proven self-starter with a bias for action and a can-do attitude to get things done


Your Profile

  • We are looking for someone who has a passion for creating differentiated experiences and is excited by the opportunity to redefine what marketing looks like for our industry and beyond.

  • Possesses a balance of conviction to drive change with breakthrough collaboration and influencer management capabilities.

  • Experience and connection to the gaming / esports / youth culture industries, working with numerous stakeholders from publishers, properties and/or talent management.

  • Strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills are a must.

  • Collaboration with colleagues across all lines of business to identify and develop unique strategic programs to deliver against business objectives.

  • All around strategic thinker who is well-versed in culture, analytics, consumer insights and employs a customer first mindset to all experiential plans and activations.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple programs concurrently.

  • High energy, self-starter, team-oriented, innovative, and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Has the ability to get things done while having fun. Come ready to contribute to a team that has a positive mind-set. 

  • Employs the ability to work hours that accomodate team involvement across multiple time zones.

  • Travel is optional but might be recommended for specific projects or team events.
