You will be responsible for providing actionable analysis on CRM initiatives, including optimization insights, promoting greater efficiency, stronger KPIs, and overall customer experience improvements.

You will be making recommendations on CRM strategies for different customer segments, and helping to initiate, implement and optimize CRM initiatives.

A key aspect of the role will be collaboration with CRM teams in designing engaging campaigns that can be measured.

To do this you will use a wide range of customer data including communication, campaign, transactional, engagement and product data. 

What you will expect to be involved in within this role: 
  • Deliver customer insights and make recommendations by performing CRM and campaign analysis, proactively suggest improvements and changes that will increase campaign effectiveness across all marketing aspects, from target audience selected to complete user journey experience.
  • Conducting the pre and post campaign analysis, provide cost estimations and create measurement plans for A/B tests and marketing experiments.
  • Work closely with cross functional stakeholders and help them to develop and execute campaigns that optimize customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Deliver marketing analytics projects in areas such as segmentation, customer lifetime value, channel mix optimization, cross sell/up sell and personalization.
  • Perform various data analytics in SQL and MS Excel. Understand performance and explain the story behind the numbers.
  • Proactively suggest how to improve tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization.
  • Proactively propose solutions and strategies to business challenges and opportunities.
  • Ability to think strategically; see the bigger picture, analyse complex problems and quickly evaluate options to meet business expectations.
Who are we looking for in terms of skills? 
  • Proven experience as Data Analyst/Marketing Analyst (minimum 5 years of related experience)
  • Ideally experience within a CRM Analyst previously before. 
  • Strong analytical skills in utilizing data in Excel and other tools e.g. Tableau, Business Objectives, QlikView, MicroStrategy, Power BI
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Strong math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)
