We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Onboarding CX, who will join our team of empowered and passionate CX product managers. We are here to make a difference.

We are looking to increase the strength of the team by adding a new Senior Product Manager to it. The role will be focused primarily on Onboarding journeys – looking after the new customer experiences and bringing their top game to optimise the performance of our conversion funnels. What you'll be doing in a nutshell

  • Work with a passionate & empowered product team to create true impact
  • Report to the Head of Product and help them shape, bring to life, popularise and deliver against a sustainable and impactful product vision
  • Work with the business teams to identify business opportunities and to inform further the product vision
  • Own the product throughout all stages, from conception to delivery and KPI definition and analysis, focusing on delivering towards the agreed vision & objectives – a deep understanding of the product development cycle is a must
  • Work closely with UX, BA, delivery, analytics and other teams as needed, across all Entain units, departments and a range of product streams
  • Work closely with PMO, program and project managers to provide visibility on the status of our commitments
  • Prioritise a backlog of items based on business value, contribution towards our vision and size
  • Think strategically to define simple solutions, finding the right balance of quality & speed to market
  • Define product requirements and come up with innovative solutions to business problems
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, who often have very different priorities and challenges
  • Build long-lasting relationships of trust with the commercial and marketing parts of the business, extracting the best possible value of their unique knowledge in regards to our product ideas & ongoing changes
  • Be an advocate for user experience and a promoter of customer experience-driven design throughout the business
  • Analyse KPIs to measure the benefit of product changes and identify opportunities for further optimisation and growth
  • Be proactive in discovering insights through the various world-class analytics tools we’ve got in our kit, and always strive to turn insights into action

What we need from you

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a product management role
  • Experience in successfully delivering projects in a digital technology business
  • Excellent level of data literacy as a consumer
  • Experience using data to inform decision making and to support business growth
  • Passionate about Product, Technology and E-commerce
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively adapt approaches as needed
  • Ability to present ideas and recommendations clearly in verbal, written and presentation formats
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to support business cases creation, detailed functional specifications and wire frames, with an excellent track record of developing, launching, and marketing online products
  • A broad and comprehensive technical/product development processes & concepts understanding
  • Proven ability to work effectively with international, cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record in requirements engineering - good analytical, modelling and writing skills
