You will be responsible for the administration of our HR System, ensuring system setup and data is accurate at any point in time. You'll be the first point of contact for any Issues relating to our HR system and will see any queries through from start to finish ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Be a primary contact and super-user for queries on the Oracle Cloud HR system  
  • Train, coach and support users within HR and support business users on the ESS & MSS functionality
  • Support the testing of system developments, raise issues and retest through to sign off for production implementation by the Head of HR Systems
  • Take ownership of all queries raised by users through to resolution acting as point of contact between IT, the Oracle Cloud Technical Support Team and the wider HR team.
  • Create WorkForce structure requirements in Oracle Cloud (Jobs, Departments etc) as and when requested
  • Ensure that all Fusion Workforce Structure data is properly maintained and all structures are correct 
  • Escalate any potential system issues to Technical Support team in a timely manner  
  • Understand how Oracle Cloud HR data impacts other systems & processes
  • Be a trusted ‘go-to’ resource for all HR teams for HR & Workforce Structures master data queries 
  • Manage the Ask HR Email inbox and assign queries/issues to the appropriate HR team or Business Contact to resolve
  • Assist with the regular global review of employee data to ensure the ongoing consistency and accuracy. Refer any data inaccuracies to the relevant HR team to correct or update the system yourself.

The location for this role is flexible across our main offices in Manila and Gibraltar.
