As the Junior Roadmap Manager you will be responsible for delivering best in class casino roadmap for all major markets, including management of relationships with internal studios and 3rd party content partners, and working with key internal teams (marketing, commercial, technical delivery etc.) to drive process improvements and ensure roadmaps are well communicated across the business.

A process driven approach with strong coordination skills will be critical for our Roadmap Manager to ensure we have the best in industry games content and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Working with the wider Gaming Product Team, the individual will develop further relationships across the business to help deliver the overall casino games proposition, while always supporting group performance targets.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work across the organisation to deliver the roadmaps for slots & casino games, delivering tailored roadmaps for regulated markets.
  • Develop and grow key internal relationships, including team-working across other teams in the organisation to ensure successful delivery of the roadmaps or group initiatives, including but not limited to Marketing, Commercial, Technical Delivery, PMO, Analytics, Customer Experience and Customer Service.
  • Work alongside the central Slots Product team in analysing and critiquing upcoming game releases from 3rd party content suppliers to identify key games for release and recommend to internal stakeholders the important games for their core markets and player demographics.
  • Assist in the creation and presentation of a monthly content showcase session to highlight the best upcoming content to key brand stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Maintain key relationships with external stakeholders to facilitate day-to-day delivery of the roadmaps & resolve any issues or blockers as they arise. Organise regular cadence with suppliers to drive the accuracy of forthcoming roadmaps.
  • Refine and deliver operational processes to support the delivery of the roadmaps. Including but not limited to regular status reporting, accuracy of data captured to deliver the roadmaps and key stakeholder engagement.
  • Keep aware of industry/product developments relating to digital entertainment and grow the awareness of the teams around you. Be an advocate for Entain adopting similar or related product enhancements as relevant.
  • Monitor and report on roadmap process performance, ensuring any identified issues can be investigated in a timely fashion, and provide insight on process change to internal stakeholders to support a fully considered decision making process.
  • Work with internal studios and 3rd party content partners to regularly review roadmap items, highlighting any potential delays and reporting on any delays to the roadmap process. Ensure we are utilising the classification process and driving enhancements to deliver the best customer experience.

What we need from you:

  • Experience of process ownership and proven capability to drive process improvement.
  • Experience liaising with teams in a matrix set-up focused on delivery in a fast-paced environment with a large and diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate well with a range of stakeholders (both internally and externally) across various locations.
  • Understands the internal and external environments, how this impacts strategy and the ability to swiftly adapt plans as appropriate.
  • Ability to plan, develop and deliver process improvements in line with agreed business strategy.
  • Ability to work on several different activity streams concurrently.
  • Has a passion for delivering the best product to our customers but will equally understand the business processes, with a strong eye for detail and a flair for communicating ideas and potential solutions to the team and stakeholders.
  • Understanding and interest in the iGaming industry

Desired

  • Project management or coordination experience with an understanding of client, web technologies and other channels
  • Functional specification development in different tools (Word, Visio,…).
  • Previous roadmap management experience.
