You will be at the front-line of all our Sportsbook activity, using your understanding to assess different customer behaviours and making the best decision possible for Entain

You will sit across multiple labels and countries with a clear understanding of process and market conditions using your expertise to support financial performance with Player protection at the center

SRA Is the recognized touch point for multiple Teams and Stakeholders, by demonstrating a clear understanding of the reasons for customer behaviours both positive and negative you will ensure adherence to proven processes to support NGR

What you'll doing

  • Support SRATL in delivery of agreed BAU and tasks and responsibilities relating to managing Sportsbook customers
  • Action Stake Factor recommendation process managing your own resource as required to ensure replies give an appropriate Stake Factor, are consistent, timely and support awareness of customer behaviours
  • Track customer behaviours providing real time management using Scroller/Stake Factor/ Stake Limits and Tags
  • Use business reports to apply stake factors based on recent customer activity using agreed Stake Factor scale providing feedback to SRATL where there is an opportunity to improve process and work more effectively
  • Demonstrate understanding of Known Profiles Sharepoint by applying where criteria is met
  • Execute all customer management processes in agreed format where regulatory constraints must be adhered to
  • Escalate to Player Protection Teams where concerns identified
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other Customer facing Teams by country/label/ function for issues relating to
  • significant customers
  • organized activity targeting pricing inefficiencies
  • impact of promo targeting behaviours
  • ad- hoc Customer requests
  • Trading escalations
  • Distribution of Daily Sportsbook Summary
  • Support Integrity process by giving accurate assessments of player activity when alerted by IBIA/ governing bodies, escalating to SRTL as needed

What we need from you

  • A keen interest and understanding in Sports betting
  • The ability to look at patterns and behaviours, using experience and understanding to initiate actions.
  • Organized way of working to keep to agreed process
  • Collaborative mindset able to work without causing conflict
  • Competent in Microsoft Excel/ Outlook
