Become Scrum Master at Entain and develop cutting edge applications for millions of customers around the globe.

The main purpose of this role is top lan and manage Lean Operations team backlogs working in Kanban or Scrum with the active teams and deliver operational tasks as planned. Guide several Kanban/Scrum teams according to the standards Entain has chosen and take responsibility for the Process. Also assistance the operational teams with your Project Management skills and manage projects.

 
Key responsibilities 
    • Coordinate Kanban/Scrum team actions
    • Ensure clarity of the Kanban/Scrum teams resources and their activities by keenly reporting on progress, risks and issues
    • Ensure technical needs and planning dependencies are managed
    • Ensure drawbacks are resolved
    • Ensure communication and alignment with depending teams and departments
    • Facilitate the team meetings
    • Shield the team in Kanban/Sprint execution
    • Escalate and drive decision-making in case of risked sprint scope / essential scope changes


Partner for Operational teams/Line Management

    • Act as a competent contact person (consultant) for Product Owner
    • Constantly review (and improve) cooperation with Product Owner and other stakeholders
    • Align the message to the teams with the Engineering managers
    • Consult the Engineering managers on sprint / team matters
    • Grow self-organized team
    • Help the team to setup its rules/remind team of (their own) rules
    • Spread the agile values/spirit (team and stakeholders)
    • Ensure efficient retrospective meetings and learnings are getting adopted
    • Regular Backlog grooming
    • Ensure team knowledge is efficiently shared and reused
