The role in a Nutshell
This is a senior role within our Stadia business reporting into the Director of Stadia and working alongside the Stadia & Racing Managers to deliver excellence in all aspects of the Stadia operation. The role aims to provide support to the stadia operational teams by managing delivery of all cross stadia activity, working with central functions to increase awareness of and support for stadia across the business and developing the effectiveness of the Stadia operation through alignment with central processes & development of the customer & owner experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Work with the central operations & internal communication teams to lead all internal stadia communication.
- Manage the meeting and communication cascade from senior meeting delivery to colleague communication
- Responsible for collation, production and analysis of all Stadia specific performance data relating to operational, people, racing & trainer performance
- Develop and deliver the Stadia rehoming strategy working with external kennels to do so
- Project management of all activity spanning over more than one Stadia location including capex, industry, people & service activity.
- Provides support to Stadia Managers for complex individual property projects
- Negotiate alongside the procurement team all cross stadia contracts & agreementss
- Manage key supplier relationships – e.g. Carlsberg, Cleaning, Website
- Responsible for developing and continuing to grow the Stadia customer & owner experience programme
- Responsible for managing the overall Stadia rehoming programme and building relationships with rehoming partners
- Work with central functions to enhance stadia profile across the business, develop stadia strategies & lead
- Manage & work with stadia management teams to ensure delivery of the Stadia operational, HSSE & L&D roadmaps.
- Develop a property roadmap incorporating management of the Stadia capex budget & 5 year property plan
- To act as the key point of contact for all central functions working with the Stadia operation working to ensure all company initiatives & activities are cascaded to Stadia consistently and in a timely manner.
- Lead activity to align stadia processes with those in place elsewhere across the Entain business.
- Works with marketing teams to ensure consistent brand delivery across all tracks at all times
- Monitors activity at non Entain stadia developing best practice for our own operation where identified
- Deputise for Stadia Director as required

This is a hybrid working role with travel to our Stratford office in addition to our racetracks in Essex, Kent, Brighton and Wolverhampton.
