We're looking for a Casino Propositions and Promotions Executive to join our PartyCasino team. A brilliant role, you will be responsible for the execution of the proposition and promotion plan, and creating market leading experiences which attract, reward and retain our customers.
You will support the PartyCasino Proposition Specialists in the planning and performance review of all promotions, with a focus on the optimisation of the proposition budget to deliver maximum return on investment.
What will you be doing?
- Collaborate with the wider Gaming Promotions team to ensure all activity is integrated & complimentary
- Collaborate with the Brand and Performance teams to promote Product Launches & Promotional campaigns effectively across all appropriate channels
- Creation and sign-off of creative briefs for Promotional campaigns and Product launches
- Complete the monthly proposition schedule and campaign creation.
- Work closely with the CRM team to ensure the effective delivery of all promotional communications to our customers
- Work with cross-sell teams to ensure an aligned customer experience between Poker, Sports & Casino alongside effective bonusing and retention
- Conduct regular promotional engagement, cost and return on investment analysis
What are we looking for?
- Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong experience with retention and customer experience tactics
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
- Fluent English, both written and verbal
