We’re digital payments experts and as a Digital Payments Executive / Analyst, you’ll be a vital member in the global Payments Operations Team specialising in driving key initiatives that bring value to our customers and enhance the efficiency of the day-to day work for the rest of the team. Improving our payments flows for our customers (deposits/purchase & withdrawals) - you’ll manage operational initiatives from identification to implementation. You’ll take the lead in overseeing progress of our delivery roadmap and regular management reporting on behalf of the Payment Operations Team.
Ideally, you’ll have skills and expertise in such areas as Lean process improvement, Data analysis, Management reporting and Project Management helping drive efficiencies in the Operations team to help meet our KPIs and our ever-growing business needs.
You’ll be in the thick of it, examining Entain’s overall payments performance to determine possibilities to drive operational improvements, collaborate with external payment suppliers, run market comparisons and benchmarking to identify operational enhancements. You will make sure that information is conveyed properly to the senior management and stakeholders with the aim to deliver the best possible payments experience for our customers across the globe.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse deposit and withdrawal payments processes and data to interpret results, determine significance and implications, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency by refining or redefining our team’s activities.
- Prepare Monthly Management Reports gathering and shaping content provided by specialists within the Payments team.
- Drive our Payments Operations delivery roadmap through engagement with Entain’s Product and Engineering Team; clarifying requirements, obtaining regular updates, assigning tasks, and escalating when management support/involvement is needed.
- Examine operational process gaps and issues involving other departments such as Fraud, AML, KYC, Compliance and Customer Support cross-collaborating to implement changes / improvements.
- Liaise with Customer Process Information Team to support the timely update and enhancement of the knowledge base, training, and new instructions available to the Customer Support teams.
- Work alongside Payments Operations Senior Management providing regular progress updates on ongoing initiatives, escalations, recommendations, and ad-hoc analytical support.
