In this role, you will be focused on elevating our existing and introducing new personalization initiatives. You’ll be helping us improve our personalization by elevating the key areas of personalization for us; content, send time, channel, product (marketing), location-specificity and behavioral triggered campaigns.
Within in this role you’ll be looking to enhance our tech stack via internal and 3rd party tools to support these initiatives. This is a very independent role so you must be confident managing many projects and working with a wide range of stakeholders.
So, what does the day to day look like?
- Drive the implementation of marketing content automation within the CRM team and tools. We want to tie data to content to personalize the experience and you will help us with defining use cases, testing, and reporting on them.
- CRM PoC for our internal, triggered based automated push notification tool Grand Stand.
- Drive innovation with the CRM Product team for implementation of personalization utilizing the Liveclicker tool.
- Drive send optimization for our email campaigns.
- Ensuring you stay in touch by reading up on trends, joining seminars, etc.
- Creating a monthly trends overview to share with CRM managers and Head of CRM.
- Work together with the CRM MarTech/Product teams to drive innovation in personalization efforts whether it is through integration of 3rd party solutions or creating roadmap items for internal updates.
- Execute and operationalize the CRM strategies directly in the tools to support the team.
What are we looking for in our Site Experience Executive’s?
Essential:
● Strong analytical skills and process orientation.
● At least 3 years’ experience within CRM or a marketing role.
● Educational (Bachelor or Master) in Marketing or Business Management.
● Understanding of the impact of Data Models and Algorithms on segmentation.
● Proven track record of leading personalization initiatives.
● Strong written and spoken English skills.
Desired:
● Experience working with Optimove, ExactTarget, Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
● Experience within the online gaming industry.
