Being a poker enthusiast will help but it is not essential. The person in this role needs to be a visionary, a creative thinker who can generate new ideas and work with other team members to create exciting and engaging experiences for our customers.
Our Product Managers love to create customer centric experiences, with quality and at speed. They don’t just look at our direct competition, they look further afield and take learnings from those that are providing best-in-class experiences to turn complex business problems into simple customer solutions. They have a can-do attitude and make data-driven decisions to deliver continuous improvements.
You will be involved in the product throughout all stages of the development life cycle, from conception to delivery. You will work with other Product Managers and liaise with other teams and key stakeholders to provide transparency and help make sure that we are create the best possible customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Define Product Roadmap and Vision
- Manage change request backlog
- Understand and prioritise business needs in line with user needs that bridges the gap to create valuable products
- Oversee the whole product Lifecyle from conception to delivery.
- Act as the primary liaison between key stakeholders and design teams
- Proven experience in delivering creative briefs that includes creation of in-game animations and sounds.
- Understanding limitations of animation design software
- Understanding design terminology to be an effective communicator with Designers
- Understanding IxD principals
- An ability to support business cases creation, detailed functional specifications with experience of developing, launching, and marketing online products.
- Poker experience while desired is not essential.
What we need from you:
- Background in project management
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently and with key internal and external partners
- Ability to prioritise and adapt rapidly to changing business conditions
- Familiar with interaction design and animation
- Knowledge of Entertainment or Gaming industry is advantageous but not essential
- Analytical mind with a business acumen
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Scrum qualification is advantageous
- A proactive can do attitude
