As Gaming Insights Manager, you will be part of our In House Operations team working alongside our In House studios. Helping to shape the future of our roadmaps and product focus through detailed analysis and feedback on our product, releases identifying market trends and creating detailed insights which will help drive our product decisions. This is a highly dynamic role, experience gives great exposure to various data sources and challenges you to understand performance, analyse product trends and identify future opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience within analytics, a strong mathematical background, good communication skills and be a real team player. 
This role can be based from any of our UK offices / Remote from UK/ or in our Gibraltar office!
What you'll be doing:
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly analysis on our In house studio products & performance, providing feedback and Insights to key stakes holders.
  • Analyse player data and behaviour to Identify potential Improvement’s studios could make to Increase game performance
  • Analyse the game portfolio across different markets to improve In House performance against targets & identify commercial opportunities
  • Review and monitor In House performance against key KPIS highlighting problematic areas and potential actions
  • Interpret and present data and findings to the Head of Operations and Heads of studios to help steer game design to achieve maximum commercial benefits In target markets
  • Support the heads of studios and games design teams with, game, player and other Insights
  • Provide post launch analysis for all In house game launches, presenting all findings to studio heads and key stake holders
  • Review proposed roadmaps and selected games against insight data to Identify commercial benefit and potential appeal In key markets
  • Create and present Quality Dashboards
  • Create product and game Insights to support the Head of Operations and game producers create the commissioned studio roadmap
  • Develop and present graphs and reports on key In house projects and the performance of the overall programme
  • Working with BI teams and studios setup the required data levels and reporting to manage and monitor the performance of new markets, In House products and new Initiatives
  • Proactive management and analysis of In house KPIs and present recommendations to In House stake holders.
  • In collaboration with others, develop and maintain databases and data systems necessary for projects and department functions
What we need from you: 
  • Proficient in the use of SQL or similar languages
  • Teradata Database SQL
  • Advanced use of Microsoft suite especially PowerBI, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in reporting tools, Tableau / MicroStrategy or similar
  • Experience in web analytics tools is an advantage - Omniture / Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with Gaming KPIs, terminology and business model are an advantage
  • Must have a mathematical background or have worked in an analytical role previously
  • Strong Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and query data.
