In the UK we own a collection of the most iconic consumer brands including Ladbrokes, Coral, Gala, Foxy and Cheeky Bingo. We are looking for a Senior Paid Social Media Executive who will be responsible for running the direct marketing activity for these brands – sending marketing communications to our customers. Our ambition is providing tailored customer engagement plans for each customer, so that no two customers marketing experiences are the same!

So, what will the Senior Paid Social Media Executive be doing?
  • Planning, coordinating, analysing, and optimising campaign performance across Facebook, Snapchat and Twitter.
  • Identify new opportunities to scale activity. Translate them into media plans, considering previous performance and upcoming Sport events and/or Gaming Propositions around payday cycles.
  • Contribute ideas & run A/B and multivariate tests across digital channels.
  • Ensure campaign tracking is implemented correctly so media spend can be efficiently measured and attributed back to the relevant budget.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports. Present findings, results and recommendations on campaign strategies, target groups and creative efficiency.
  • Promptly flag performance drops, identify possible causes.
  • Work with Brand and (Real Time) CRM to ensure the full player marketing funnel is in harmony from a creative/message/proposition/audience point of view.
  • Build & maintain 3rd party relationships with partners.
  • Owning the roll out and implementation of projects related to technical specialism e.g. data driven creatives, onboarding new tools, automation.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising legislation and codes of practice.
  • At least 3 years hands on experience managing paid social activity.
  • Technical experience with social media advertising tools and platforms.
  • Strong analytic and qualitative skills.
  • Solution focused and able to thrive in fast paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to present ideas.
  • Fluent in the analysis and presentation of data; complex data sets reduced to clear messages resulting in action from the various marketing teams.
  • High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
