About the Role

The Entain Group is looking for a Global Head of Consumer Communications for the Unikrn brand to lead the department in telling Unikrn’s story through the media and thought leadership initiatives. The role is a key contact point for the Unikrn global consumer marketing team, the regional marketing leads, the product and tech organizations in the business and brand storytelling. The position requires effective stakeholder and agency management across the business.


Your Mission

  • Create Unikrn’s integrated global communications campaigns and programs to tell the Unikrn story with key stakeholders and customers.
  • Develop creative external communications supporting ongoing proactive outreach about Unikrn’s products and partnerships with media and influencers.
  • Work closely with the Entain corporate Comms team in positioning Unikrn within the overall corporate narrative of Entain.
  • Partner with the Entain Internal Comms team to social the Unikrn story and business success throughout the organization.
  • Provide strategic communications counsel to the Unikrn business and executive leadership team on overall positioning and reputational challenges.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product, technology and partnership teams to create integrated communications plans.
  • Create processes, mechanisms and playbooks to ensure efficiency and strategic alignment.
  • Draft media announcements and thought leadership assets (i.e. scripts, presentations, blog posts, etc).
  • Train and support spokespeople with media and speaking opportunities.
  • Manage appropriate agency relationships.



Your Profile

  • Experience in driving targeted brand communications programs.
  • Executive presence and experience in delivering recommendations to senior level executives; effective communicator at all levels of organizations, and comfortable with press and industry communication.
  • Possesses a balance of conviction to drive change with breakthrough collaboration.
  • Experience and connection to the gaming / esports / youth culture industries.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills and experience, overseeing a cross-functional team, with a consistent history of cultivating and developing high performing teams.
  • Strong leadership skills - strong communication, problem solving, organizational and delegation skills are a must.
  • Collaboration with colleagues across all lines of business to identify and develop unique strategic programs to deliver against business objectives.
  • All around strategic thinker who is well-versed in culture, analytics, consumer insights and employs a customer first mindset.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple programs concurrently.
  • High energy, self-starter, team-oriented, innovative, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience working with marketing analytics in deriving insights and applying them to the business.
  • Travel recommended (~10%) to support the business and local / regional activations.
