In this role, you will focus on Game Integrity matters relating to multi-table tournaments (MTTs). You will be responsible for building and maintaining controls related to collusion, bots, GTO Real-Time Assistance (GTO RTA), money dumping, prohibited third-party tool use, ghosting and more.
You will be proactively investigating and reviewing the MTT player pool for suspicious activity and building cases that result in removing any players who are a threat to the integrity of the games from the partypoker networks.
This role will be focusing on Game Integrity matters relating to multi-table tournaments (MTTs). The key responsibilities are:
●Identify and investigate players who are suspected of using bot and live assistance tools.
●Analyze poker game play statistics.
●Identify and investigate players who are suspected of colluding.
●Identify and document gaps in the Game Integrity tools and recommend improvements to address the gaps.
●Conduct OSINT checks in Game Integrity investigations.
●Identify potential abuse of promotional and/or bonus campaigns that result in unfair customer gains.
●Identify and investigate account-sharing and multi-accounting
●Review and address Game Integrity concerns raised as player reports.
Essential:
●In depth poker knowledge, on a professional level, specifically relating to multi-table tournaments, either as a player or from industry experience.
●In depth knowledge of poker game play statistics.
●In depth knowledge of third-party tools used by poker players.
●Good command of the English language.
●Understanding of probability and statistics.
