As an Customer Advisor you will be responsible to actively selling by phone and email our products to potential customers (new and existing), aiming to increase the conversion rate of the region. You will be expected to use different strategies to maximize the deposit value of the customers as well as maintain the service level giving commercial advice and troubleshooting.
 
Key responsibilities
• Increase the number of new funded players, as well as increase the value of their deposit
• Increase the number of reactivated customers
• Become a product expert and use your knowledge to help new or inactive users with specifics doubts or problems by telephone or email, always focusing on sales objectives
• Offer the right promotion, to the right customer, at the right time, making sure it is relevant, targeted and focused on their interest but also the business objectives (retain, reactivate, convert)
• Hit and exceed daily/monthly targets and KPI
• Intermediate between the customer and other departments in favor of resolving problems or requests
• Identify improvements through analysis to propose action plans based on customer needs
 
Specialist skills and experience:
 
Essential:
• Excellent knowledge of sports
• Comfortable working towards KPIs/targets.
• Native Portuguese speaker
• English language skills to a business standard
• Excellent verbal and written skills as well as high interpersonal skill level
• General computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet)
• A proven record of delivering against targets
Availability to work on weekends and holidays

Desired:
• It would be brilliant if you have a high interest and good knowledge of online Gaming/Betting with previous experience in a gaming environment a plus, however this isn't essential.
