About The Role

Your Role:

  • Sourcing potential and passive candidates from UK/EMEA/US/Canada markets
  •  Sourcing through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing and multiple other job boards.
  • Partner with recruiter to determine the best fit sourcing strategy to attract the talent.
  • Share required MI based on the skill / pool availability
  • Share expert knowledge on effective sourcing strategies.
  • Fully utilize sourcing channels available i.e. LinkedIn, Job boards, referrals and internal Talent Community and new advanced technology tools
  •  Attend briefing calls with hiring manager and Talent Acquisition Team to take a detailed brief of the role, requirements, team dynamics 

Your responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruiting to include sourcing and presenting candidates for a variety of roles
  •  Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers to become a subject matter expert in the technical requirements and impact of the positions
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify high caliber candidates and maintain a healthy pipeline for priority roles
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to identify areas of improvement and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Maintain excel reports
  • Experience in client and team management
  • Experience in handling client calls to give recruiting updates 
  • Good understanding of different job boards, able to make recommendations for innovative sourcing tools and techniques
  •  Allocate daily tasks to team, monitor deliverables and prioritize for the day, at the same time run with individual targets

Education Qualification:

  • Preferably a degree in HR OR Any degree
