The role in a Nutshell:
As a Talent Development Associate, you will partner closely with the Talent Team, working together to ensure successful implementation of our key deliverables. Engaging with stakeholders to consult and inform throughout. Supporting with coordination, planning and logistics dealing with project work that impacts the wider business.
What you'll be doing:
● Supporting the Talent Team to deliver strategic projects from our learning Strategy, owning the overall calendar of activities to ensure alignment and visibility of all Talent activity.
● Work In collaboration with the talent team to carry out learning needs analysis and identify development needs, with a view to Identifying trends and analysis In collaboration with People Analytics
● Coordination, organization and planning of Talent and Learning programs.
● Support the roll out of Talent programs such as Talent Assessment and Development.
● Coordinate all global learning experiences
● Oversee feedback & evaluation process for all learning experiences, advising on any recommendations from trends.
● Facilitate Global Inductions.
● Work closely with people analytics team to collect data outside of learning that could Identify learning needs.
● Evaluate effectiveness of learning experiences and solutions by working closely with learning platforms and people analytics team, feeding this into the wider talent dashboard.
● Manage learning budget - the main point of contact for all learning PO's and new supplier onboarding applications.
● Work closely with P2P team & Finance Business Partner.
● Manage the Learning team's shared Inbox.
What we need from you:
- Excellent skills in Excel with experience using functions such as vlook up and organising data using pivot tables,
- Capability to interpret data and drive learning conclusions
- Experience in writing insight reports, analysing different data sets to answer business questions and suggest potential solutions or Interventions
- Experience in building dashboards, working with People Analytics using Power BI.
- Experience of working in a matrix organisation and able to influence without direct authority[
- Understanding of end to end learning experience.
