The CDD Analyst will ensure that the department produces high quality customer reviews in a timely manner,
through quality assurance and coaching colleagues.
You will assist in developing and monitoring processes and procedures, as well as recommending improvements to
training materials as needed, to enhance the department performance and ensure compliance with policies and
regulatory requirements.
The role will also be required to handle complex escalated customer interactions to ensure both the business and the
customer are protected and to minimise escalations to complaints team.
