As our CRM Analytics Manager you will be responsible for providing direction and overseeing the work of our CRM analysts team. The role will require setting clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines. You will oversee day-to-day operation and ensure work accuracy and quality. You will monitor team performance, motivate team members, and provide coaching and training of other team members where necessary.

You will also take the lead on developing processes for effective CRM analysis and reporting and develop recommendations on how best to put CRM analytics to use.

Additional duties will include: 
  • Lead the CRM performance team that produces a broad range of analysis covering areas such as Autocycle programs, Headline and Ad-hoc campaigns, VIP management insights and analysis, Customer segmentation and Cross product optimization.
  • Prioritize and manage CRM and VIP analysis roadmap, communicating the team’s progress to key stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communications.
  • Provide guidance to team members and assistance with any issues/setbacks they may have. Provide feedback. Ensure that all members understand and follow the team/company objectives. Promote analysis and documentation standards to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Lead campaign reporting, validating hypotheses, structuring tests and analyzing the results to provide actionable insight to continuously improve CRM communications. 
Who are we looking for? 
  • Strong experience as a Analytics Manager previously before, who is confident and proficient with the CRM channels. 
  • Experience working within a fast-paced online business and good understanding of online customer behavior.
  • Experience in managing and leading a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in utilizing data in Excel and other tools e.g. Tableau, Business Objectives, QlikView, MicroStrategy, Power BI.
  • Experience in campaigns analytics and KPI tracking.
  • Experience/exposure to database management and manipulation.
  • Strong analytics skills and the ability to deal with large volumes of numerical data.
