Reporting to the Head of Retention & Brand Analytics we are looking for a hands-on analytics lead who will be responsible for the assessment of the value returned by CRM marketing spend. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in both above the line and below the line CRM analysis including A/B testing. The successful candidate will be providing valuable insight into customers’ behaviour at different stages of their relationship with the company, making recommendations on relationship strategies for different customer segments, and helping to initiate and implement CRM initiatives that will boost brand and customer loyalty. A key aspect of the role will be collaboration with the marketing team in designing engaging campaigns that can be measured and conducting the pre campaign analysis and cost estimations.
So what will some the main role duties look like?
● Collaborate with the marketing team in the design of engaging campaigns that can be analysed and conduct pre campaign analysis;
● Deliver customer insights and make recommendations by performing post campaign analysis;
● Provide timely and accurate monthly reporting of KPI;
● Mentor and support fellow team members to help them grow as star analysts;
● Responsible for hands-on modeling and analysis of marketing campaigns;
● Partner with cross functional stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns that optimize customer loyalty and lifetime value;
● Provide support for the development of predictive models, customer segmentation studies, and reports;
● Use abstract thinking and problem-solving skills to identify business opportunities and pinpoint problems;
● Look for ways of working with the rest of the BI team to fully automate where the same analysis needs to be repeated weekly or periodically;
Who are we looking for?
● Extensive experience in a data analytics role, ideally in CRM analytics;
● Degree in science, economics, mathematics, computer science, or statistics;
● Expert in A/B testing and Hypothesis testing;
● Ability to transform complex facts and figures into plain English that can be easily understood, coupled with exceptional presentation skills;
● Exceptional data wrangling skills dealing with complex datasets to combine and automate the analytics workflow;
● Strong Knowledge of SQL;
● Proficiency in Python, R or equivalent ;
● Experience in reporting tools (Power BI, Tableu or similar);
● Demonstrate Analytical Leadership skills;
● Excellent understanding of KPIs, business processes and data context;
● Capable of clarifying business hypothesis and apply analytical technique to test them;
● Capability to interpret data and drive business conclusions;
Desired:
● Previous line management experience a plus.
