The role in a nutshell:
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, analysing and optimising customer journeys for our Sports, Casino and Poker verticals in our Party brands. You will be measured on your ability to impact top-line KPIs; your main objectives are to reduce churn, increase conversion/Xsell rates, improve customer satisfaction, and increase overall player lifetime value via exciting and highly creative promotions and campaigns.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with CRM managers of Casino, Poker and Sports verticals to ensure strategy alignment and maximum exposure of each campaign is leveraged
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and setting up promotions in our internal tools, for all our automated user journeys. Ideation and creative thinking required as promotions and campaigns must increase customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Monitor customer experience across all channels and identify opportunities, trends, etc. in order to manage key improvements aimed at increasing the lifetime value of our players
- Produce full campaign analysis for each product and promotion, enabling the business to understand the effectiveness of the activity, including impact on KPIs e.g. reduce churn, increase cross sell rates, improve customer satisfaction etc.
- Initiate and implement weekly/monthly/yearly marketing plans with a view to optimising commercial return and player engagement on all communications
What we need from you:
At least 1-year experience in a CRM role
Must be fluent both written and spoken English.
Knowledge in automated campaigns and flows.
Strong analytical skills and process orientation.
Experience working with content and/or campaign management systems such as; Optimove, ExactTarget, Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
Experience within the online gaming industry.
