We're looking for a Content Operations Manager- In House to join our team in our Oldham, Greater Manchester office!

You’ll be a key part of the In House operations team, helping to deliver one of the largest portfolios of In house game products In the Industry, working with our In house & commissioned studios to run the delivery and expansion of our exclusive game portfolios into Entain brands worldwide.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work with our In House studio teams providing regulation updates, business and product requirements for the delivery of the roadmap to existing and new markets
  • Establish relationships with our 3rd party commissioned studios, to facilitate the delivery of commissioned games and support market expansion projects with them
  • Work with our selected certification houses to ensure commercial delivery of approved products maximizing efficiencies across projects
  • Monitor and deliver the development to launch processes for the In House roadmap to improve commercial performance from In house products.
  • Work with the Delivery Manager to support the roadmap delivery and associated game support items to both the In House account manager and brand teams
  • Regularly review and update the Concept to Release processes, to ensure optimum efficiency and support for studios and game products
  • Working with the In House Account Manager, maintain In house promotional documentation to help drive product awareness, marketing support and successful launches
  • Working In conjunction with the Entain IP team, handle the submission of all In House IP requests
  • Maintain, update and communicate the central In house Studios area for all game release packs, roadmap distribution and game configuration
  • Work with the Head of Operations reviewing financial performance to help Identify Improvements, focus areas addressing actions with the In House account manager
  • Work with the Head of Operations and the Entain Slots team to ensurethe roadmap is aligned and effectively Integrated Into the Entain Global Slots roadmap

Occasionally:

  • Identify and communicate the requirements for new regulated markets to our studio teams, supporting them for delivery
  • Maintain an operational knowledge of Gaming Regulation and standards within required territories and champion this within our development & test teams
  • Raise Purchase Orders (PO's) and financial requests for supplier payments
  • Support with regulation Audit processes and required product monitoring
  • Work alongside Casino Dev ops team to collate game and player Issues for communication to associated In House studios, handling any Improvements/fixes.

What we need from you:

  • Experience in the Gaming Industry in a Gaming Content or Management role
  • Knowledge of Gaming Legislation for both retail and online markets along and associated test houses and processes
  • Experience of working with Games Development Teams
  • Experience of managing and building relationships with multiple 3rd party suppliers

Desired:

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint and associated programs
  • Experience in product planning or roadmap creation
