We are looking for an influential performance manager who will be responsible for the oversight, ownership, and improvement of the overall commercial performance of our Europe brands.

The Performance Manager will play a crucial role in identifying areas of poor performance and working with business owners to ensure plans are put in place to deliver tangible improvements across business critical KPIs in areas such as Budgeting, Acquisition, CRM, Operations and VIP management.
 
What will the role involve?
  • Run engaging performance review meetings with senior stakeholders, challenge the strategy/performance in light of new information and analysis.
  • Identify areas for improvements and align with relevant business partners on specific actions to meet the performance goals.
  • Track, review and follow up on the performance review actions towards goals – ensure people deliver against their commitments, highlighting where lack of progress is negatively impacting performance.
  • Work with business owners to undertake root cause analysis of poor performance and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Proactive deep dive analysis and propose actions on key findings.
  • Own the day-to-day KPI monitoring, and trend analysis, ensuring the operational teams can work effectively to achieve their revenue targets.
  • Provide business owners with vital information on performance and budget.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Finance Directors on monthly and quarterly reporting, support with forecasting, to control the vertical P&L budget.
  • Define and maintain performance targets for business critical KPIs.
  • Organize and own weekly and monthly performance review summaries.
  • Coach, develop and lead the Performance Analysts team.
Who are we looking for?
  • Several years of iGaming experience
  • Quantitative degree level education
  • Experience in a highly commercial environment with a deep understanding of growth metrics, KPIs and budget management
  • Management responsibility to lead a team of professionals
  • Proven track record across commercial, marketing and product strategy
  • Expert knowledge in commercial performance
  • Expert knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent understanding of KPIs, business processes and data context.
  • Capability to interpret data and drive business conclusions
  • Ability to transform complex facts and figures into plain English that can be easily understood, coupled with exceptional presentation skills
  • Exceptional data wrangling skills dealing with complex datasets to combine and automate the analytics workflow
  • Strong Knowledge of SQL
