Implement various recruitment processes, recruitment sources and channels. It introduces process improvement such as call-outs, screening, interviewing and administering job offers for newly hires and employment documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts lead generation activities for assigned sourcing channels.
- Assists in the execution of sourcing strategies and preparation of reports for mass and non-mass recruitment as needed
- Ensures accurate and updated job posting materials for assigned mass roles.
- Performs daily extraction of leads from various online job portals & social sites
- Conducts paper screening on all leads received and ensures all candidates endorsed for processing pass minimum qualifications as required
- Responsible for the accurate and complete entry of pertinent candidate data into the web-based tracker
- Ensures that all leads are screened and processed timely
- Handle end-to-end sourcing process from job postings, initial screening through phone interviews, and management of applicant's database.
- Works closely with the Recruitment team for the assigned manpower requirements.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time

- 6 months to 1 year work experience
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checking etc)
- Familiarity with Recruitment database and Applicant tracking systems
