About The Role

As part of our growth, we are now hiring a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our team. 
 
So what will you be doing in the role? 
  • This role is a specialist role to support to enable the Marketing analyst to carry out their role smoothly.
  • The role will be expected to be the in-house expert in our marketing data hosted on GCP.
  • Will be the go-to person for any Marketing data questions and issues.
  • The role will be expected to the in-house expert in Google cloud platform and Big Query.
  • Expected to work across and support analysts located in multiple regions and across 40+ Brand Labels.
  • Reports directly into the Director of Marketing Analytics.
  • Responsible for maintaining and building cloud-based data & reporting flows.
  • Building and maintaining cloud-based datasets and dashboards.
  • Support other analysts in understanding and getting to grips with complex data sets
  • Work directly with the department director to roll out a program of marketing change across the globe
  • You will have knowledge of Google cloud platform (GCP) and be able to use the various tool inside this to deliver campaign and strategic reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of driving change through business intelligence.
  • Look for solutions to problems with data.
  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and tools.
  • Comfortable working in fast paced environment
  • Ability to work with autonomy and proactively.
 What type of specialist Skills and experience are we looking for? 
  • Excellent with SQL
  • Demonstrate a practical understanding of the media landscape, common platforms, tools, and techniques
  • Experience working with marketing platform data such as Facebook, Adwords, Twitter, CM etc
  • Comfortable cleaning and preparing data from large data sets
  • Experience with Google Analytics (front end and nested raw tables), Big Query and the wider GCP platform.
  • Business standard use of the English language
  • Experience using Excel at a medium to advanced level
  • Capability to identify and solve problems when dealing with multiple tasks for different teams when working to a deadline
  • Willingness to adapt to changes and learn new tools
  • Curious by nature
  • Excellent verbal reasoning skills.
  • Good communication skills
