About The Role

This is an 18 Month FTC vacancy and can be based in Nottingham, UK or Manila, Philippines.

Our newly formed Global People Operations team strives to create and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Our aim will be to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, and maximize our technology.

We are seeking someone to join our team to be responsible for HR solutions process design, improvement and standardization with the goal of driving sustainable compliant change at scale for HR processes on a global scale. You will be responsible in identifying developing, automating, simplifying and scaling HR processes in multiple formats leveraging what exists while also innovating and designing frameworks based on the improving the Customer Experience and enabling self-resolution.

We’re looking for an execution-focused individual who can look at the big picture from a user experience, technology and business standpoint. The ideal candidate will exhibit an ability to flex across each key lifecycle segment while being able to look across the ecosystem to understand upstream and downstream implications of all changes.

The successful candidate must have a passion for delivering the best possible product to our end users, understanding HR and system processes, an eye for detail and an ability to communicate solutions and schedules clearly. Personal accountability for delivering the desired business outcomes within their area would be an expectation within the role that should be embraced by the successful candidate.
