We, the TechOps Sports & Portal System Engineering team, are responsible for our Microsoft focused IT infrastructure which is the foundation for our successful and popular sports betting products.
Using latest technologies of hardware and software we are constantly improving stability, performance and functionality.
As junior member of our team you will support us to maintain our rapidly growing infrastructure. While gaining experience you will be primarily responsible for managing hardware cases, organizing downtimes, deploying firmware/drivers/security updates and the provisioning of virtual machines.
Additionally, you will support our datacenter specialist with hardware installation and cabling tasks onsite.

Salary, €1,450 per month gross
What you'll be doing:
- Perform hardware support (open and manage hardware support cases, coordinate downtimes)
- Firmware management on different hardware platforms
- Fulfil datacenter onsite tasks (server installation, cabling, inventory)
- Install Windows servers and apply patches.
- Deploy virtual machines requested by our internal customers.
- Create DNS entries/AD groups and objects as required.
- Take care about daily business tasks assigned to our team queue via the ticketing system (implement user requests, troubleshooting)
Education & Experience:
- Fluent English (minimum B1) is a prerequisite
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge about Microsoft Windows Operating systems
- Knowledge about computer/server hardware and ethernet networking
- Scripting / programming skills would be beneficial (e.g. Powershell)
