Our ambitious and energetic Investor Relations and Corporate Communications Team (IR & Comms) is made up of a group of highly skilled experts who work well together sharing ideas and news constantly, as well as being passionate and committed to the sector. They are at the heart of communicating our vision and purpose both internally and externally, and we, therefore, are building a best-in-class global function to match our goals as we expand across markets, and in particular the US.

This role reports directly into the Head of Corporate Communications so that, working closely with IR, we can ensure that our external and internal narrative work together and our people are clear on our strategy, objectives, and positioning of our organization, as well as the part they play in contributing to our success. Your job is to be a trusted communications leader who delivers brilliant, stand-out communications, and guides leaders to do the same.

A key responsibility of the role will be to work closely with, and influence, our CEO, Board, ExCo and Global Leadership Team at an important time in our growth and development.  You will also work in partnership with our People & Culture Leadership Team as they seek to evolve the organization and bring our colleagues with us on our fast-moving journey, as well as working closely with the wider IR & Comms team. 

We have very high levels of interest in our growth and development story, and this role will be at the forefront of owning and driving the narrative for our diverse groups of colleagues.  You’ll always have our colleagues top of mind, and you’ll constantly look for ways to help leaders across the company give clarity and bring energy to their teams.
