●Analyse customer gameplay to identify potential chip dumping, bonus abuse, usage of prohibited third-party/BOT software, collusion and other possible violations which would harm the game integrity of the poker networks
●Highlight irregularities and anomalies in normal playing patterns using our bespoke, in-house tools and rules engines to highlight potentially suspicious activity.
●Parse the daily gaming transactions that occur on the platform and evaluate them based on their individuality, past transactions, historical transactions, account attributes, player profiles and behaviour
●Responding to and dealing with customer communication
●Handling queries and providing support to other internal Entain teams
●Looking for ways to constantly improve the processes and the business
●Handling all assigned tasks in line with all the relevant regulatory requirements
●Being the focal point between the Game Integrity team and other teams working on the Italian market
●Take appropriate measures on customer accounts according to internal process requirements and compliance procedures
●Investigate the legitimacy of the players registered on our poker networks using OSINT checks.
Essential:
●Great communication skills
●Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
●Knowledge of poker
●Experience of working efficiently in a high-volume work environment, whilst managing your workload in a timely and efficient manner
●Strong organisational skills.
