About The Role

We're looking for Customer Service Agents to join our busy team in Gibraltar! This is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career within the gaming industry!

We provide full training for this role from day one.

What you'll be doing:

  • You'll be speaking to our customers via phone, email and live chat and ensuring first time resolution on their queries giving them a stress free/positive experience!
  • Improve and optimise customer value through maximising customer conversion and retention opportunities using company marketing initiatives and the ‘Sales through Service’ mentality
  • Proactively raising any issues to ensure the customer receives a resolution to their query

What we need from you:

  • Must be living local whether in Spain or Gibraltar
  • We're searching for a team player with a great attitude and desire to help our customers
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Gaming and Sports product knowledge is desirable
  • Proficient in English – written and spoken
  • Ability to be flexible over various shift patterns (ranges from 8:30 - 11:30)
  • Confidence to speak with customers through a variety of communication methods with the ability to multi-task
