About The Role

Our aim is to better understand the climate we’re operating in, how our brands are performing in a competitive context, and give guidance on customer needs, motivations, preferences and intentions.

Entain invests heavily in its brands with a very significant marketing spend, and research is a critical pillar in managing that investment, alongside supporting the end-to-end customer experience across multiple products.

To that end, we have a global research team which is part centralised and part localised.

Our UK & Ireland Local Market team is responsible for embedding the research insight from the central hubs within the brand teams and for running any bespoke research relevant to those particular brands (e.g. brand positioning, advertising development, proposition development, customer segmentation, product ideation, new customer research, deep dives into key audiences or key issues raised by the CX team).

You will report to the UK & Ireland local market customer research manager in executing ad hoc research studies, interpreting marking sizing and brand tracking results as well as supporting stakeholders such as Brand marketing, Performance marketing, Media, Proposition, Corporate and Responsible Gaming teams.

Research solutions range from quantitative to qualitative studies or even desk research. Surveys are run in-house directly with our customers, through customer communities or external panels and research agencies. You will work on projects that support business and brand strategy executing across many phases of the research process

We are looking for a candidate who enjoys analysing research results, who communicates data and insights in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner and has a deep understanding of when to apply the appropriate type of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The ideal candidate will establish relationships with business partners across verticals and earn stakeholders’ trust by consistently delivering accurate and relevant insights that drive results.
