As a Game Integrity Operations Associate, you will be responsible for handling written and verbal customer communication on behalf of the Game Integrity Team and the Marketing Team.

The role in a nutshell:

You will be conducting investigations based on daily reports.

You are responsible for delivering excellent customer service experience specific to Game Integrity queries whilst following the internal protocols and procedures.

What you’ll be doing:

● Responding to and dealing with customer communication

● Representing the partypoker and Entain network on a top level providing high quality services

● Distribution of pending Game Integrity cases and tasks

● Handling queries and providing support to other internal teams Entain teams

● Looking for ways to constantly improve the processes and the business

● Handling all assigned tasks in line with all the relevant regulatory requirements

● Being the focal point between the customers, the Game Integrity Analyst Team in Sofia and the Game Integrity Team in London

● Participate in projects for the Game Integrity Operations Team monitoring the usage of third-party software from customers and exclusion of such found violating the poker ecology


What we need from you:

● Great communication skills

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish

● Fluent in English at a business level

● Basic poker knowledge and comprehension

● Experience of working efficiently in a high-volume work environment, whilst managing your workload in a timely and efficient manner

● Strong organisational skills.

● Willingness to learn and develop.

● Sound and demonstrable experience in Customer Service
