Reporting to the Head of Insight we are looking for a hands-on, data savy marketing star who will be responsible for partnering with our insight and marketing teams in order to optimise our digital businesses marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in either digital marketing, above the line and below the line marketing spend analysis, or previously bought media. The successful candidate will work with multiple marketing teams across Entain to successfully implement new tools, models and insights to optimise their marketing activities.
What will the role involve?
- Document best practice, create playbooks and assist in implementing these across multiple teams
- Lead and co-ordinate analytical delivery and marketing implementation
- Design and run programs of continual development that can be supported by data and analytics
- Train the different businesses on how to use new marketing analytics tools and models in an optimal manner
- Drive change by helping the businesses across Entain implement new processes and procedures that will allow them to use new marketing tools and models in line with best practices e.g. taxonomy and naming convention
- Quality assure our marketing tools and models to confirm they are working properly and capturing the right data
- Keep up to date with all projects, campaigns, budgets and cross-channel performance of all acquisition and retention teams and ensure their activities are captured in our marketing tools and models
- Lead programs of data driven continual improvement across all our marketing portfolio, act as the bridge between the analytics and marketing teams and be the first point of call for any implementation questions the marketing teams may have.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in either analytical delivery or practical use of consumer paid media or digital marketing
- Knowledge and understand of marketing, concepts, terminology and the practical plus commercial impacts of marketing
- Experience with marketing strategy
- Degree in marketing, economics, mathematics, computer science, or statistics
- Organised and driven individual who is comfortable working independently
- Online gaming experience
- Marketing platform certifications (Google/Facebook etc)
- Knowledge of SQL;
- Knowledge of Data Studio
