    Conocimientos / Experiencia:

  • Experiencia en Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Experiencia en herramientas de Service Desk ITIL
  • Experiencia administrando Microsoft Windows Servers (DNS, AD, File Server, Print Server, Virtual Servers)
  • Conocimientos de Respaldo y Recuperación
  • Conocimientos en Cloud Computing
  • Experiencia en hardware de redes IT (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, LAN, WAN)
  • Idioma inglés (Escrito y Hablado)
  • Deseable experiencia de trabajo en ambientes multiculturales

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Proveer soporte al usuario final de excelencia
  • Habilidad de investigar y responder sobre temas de IT, solución de problemas, mantenimiento de estaciones de trabajo y desempeño de la red.
  • Administración de herramientas de Service Desk.
  • Mantenimiento y reparación de estaciones de trabajo
  • Administración y configuración de impresoras
  • Monitoreo de soporte de redes IT
  • Conocimientos de seguridad IT
  • Alineado con las políticas y procedimientos corporativos IT
  • Mejorar desempeño de sistemas identificando problemas y recomendando cambios.
  • Participar en el desarrollo de programas de entrenamiento para usuarios finales.
  • Proveer innovación y mejoras IT en beneficio de la empresa.
