The Brand Manager for Gala will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager and Head of Brand Bingo to support in the translation of the brand strategy and positioning into compelling brand & product activation plans

To be a positive brand force working with all the teams across the business that touch the brands to translate the brand strategy into activation plans, to build brand consistency and cut through across all consumer touchpoints.

To work with the Senior Brand Manager to ensure world class implementation of the brand plans across media, PR, creative communication and sponsorship as well as supporting the CRM and acquisition teams in the activation of key proposition to drive new players and actives.

To be the owner of the brand guidelines, to work with the Senior Brand Manager and chosen agencies to develop the brand and communication framework. To continuously review, test and rollout best in class marketing campaigns.

To be the consumer and brand champion working closely with the central research team to set and monitor brand heath and how we are delivering against our target consumer through both quantitative and qualitative consumer studies.

To lead the weekly and monthly report against the key brand marketing KPI’s with clear route cause analysis and next steps

To be an exceptional team member, build a positive way of working within the Gala team ensuring the Brand Exec feels supported at all times. To also foster a strong working relationship across the Bingo and wider Brand team as well as the UK Digital team

Key Responsibilities 
  • Support the development of the brand activation plans
  • Owner of the brand guidelines, ensuring all creative delivers in line with these
  • Working with the Commercial, Props & Promotion team to ensure best in class delivery of the brand marketing plan ensuring it delivers against both the commercial and brand KPI’s
  • To support the Senior Brand Manager in working with the media agency to develop strong media plans to cut through and build brand awareness and relevancy 
  • Delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across all customer touchpoints
  • Manage timelines for briefing and deliverables.
  • Support the delivery of all creative and communications across the various channels
  • Development of close relationships with internal stakeholders/departments enabling the delivery of business objectives through marketing strategy
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external agencies and partners, setting direction, performance indicators and KPI measures
  • Budget and spend tracking
  • Reporting - Understands campaign reporting and suggests ATL optimisation for future
  • Compliance - Understand and implement latest RG restrictions and channel compliance rules
