We are looking for a Customer Journey Optimisation Executive to join our bwin team. A brand new role for the business, you will be focused on our EU brands which generate hundreds of millions of revenue annually. You will be responsible for looking at the onsite customer journey and how we can improve this so that customers stay on our sites for longer.

This role can be based in London, Vienna or Sofia.

Our ambition is to have the best onboarding solution across our industry. Therefore, we are looking for a candidate that can:

  • Find opportunities: analyse and interpret data to build testable hypotheses for our on-site customer journey
  • Identify the individual needs of the customer experience: consistently implement a conversion optimisation strategy across all countries and develop A/B tests by intensively using data and make clear project suggestions
  • Capture the right data: ensure that our tests are set-up correctly and data is accessible and reliable
  • Take ownership: of the correct tracking of your activities by using e.g. Google Analytics and establish a consistent documentation
  • Coordinate and collaborate implement your findings of your investigations by collaborating with internal teams like design, product, content, and data analysts

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a digital marketing role
  • Fluent English plus one of the following additional languages - German, French or Dutch
  • A/B testing knowledge or experience
  • Analytical skills
  • Conversation rate optimisation experience would be advantageous but isn't essential
