What you'll be doing:

  • Taking care of customer enquiries via chat, email and/ or phone assessing individual problems and taking appropriate action to ensure that customer needs are met;
  • Dealing with difficult customers in a kind, however firm friendly manner;
  • Liaising with various supporting teams to resolve more complex customer issues.
  • Reporting on system bugs and general problems experienced by the customers to the specialized departments or CS Management;
  • Escalates suspicious customer activities – to the CS Management and Compliance Department;
  • Maintain in depth knowledge about products, communication guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures.

 

What we need from you:

Essential:

  • Fluency in French language;
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Customer focus combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills and collaborative spirit;
  • The ability to perform well in a challenging environment;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications; good typing skills;
  • Availability and willingness to work on morning and afternoon shifts
  • Ability to work from home for the time being

Desired:

  • Some experience in customer service would be a great plus.
