As the Head of Casino Propositions and Promotions , you will be responsible for building a robust strategy for Party Casino proposition and promotions, driving growth in both NGR and Customer Equity. Working closely with a number of stakeholders including, Regional Managers, Digital Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Creative, you will ensure promotions and propositions are delivered effectively and with passion and energy.

Working closely with Commercial and Product, Operations, BI & Analytics and Brand, you will input into the Casino strategy, as part of the senior thought leadership team. On top of the day-to-day planning and delivery, you will also be expected to develop offers that optimise cross-selling and up-selling funnels.

The role is responsible for the planning & budgeting of Casino Bonus spend of £25m+ covering Casino products.  

We're looking for a strong communicator who can work closely with various senior stakeholders across the business, and someone with a creative flair- you won't hold back on ideas, and thinking of side of the box! 
 
The successful candidate can be based in a variety of locations - London, Gibraltar, Malta, Vienna, Sofia, Itay, with a hybrid working set up. 
 
Additional points of the day to day of the role: 
  • Create and own the propositions and promotional strategy aligned to Party Casino strategy, commercial objectives and brand ambitions.
  • Design and drive the proposition and promotional plan – defining what activity we need to push in market to hit ongoing trading targets – acquisition, retention and x-sell.
  • Develop ongoing range of new propositions across acquisition, retention and x-sell working with Product and Operations to ensure that the CX is implemented in line with strategy.
  • Own Casino retention KPIs and ensure that effective targeting and campaign execution is maintained across BI and Analytics and Marketing.
  • Work with other Heads of to ensure performance targets are hit for propositions and promotional activity – both at launch and ongoing.
  • Work with BI and Analytics and the Finance Director to analyse performance of propositions and promotions – owning reporting of results and insight.
  • Support the Head of Commercial and Product to ensure the product roadmap supports proposition and promotional strategy and targets
  • Continually monitor the market to assess competitor activity to identify opportunities, threats and learnings we can apply to Party Casino. 
  • Work closely with ARM team to ensure that high value customers have an appropriate suite of promotional offers to take advantage on. 
Who are we looking for?
  • Commercial experience and a track record in managing high performing teams.
  • You`ll have outstanding commercial awareness and analytical skills; and be comfortable using data and customer insight to drive results.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Gaming Industry and major suppliers and competitors.
  • Communications, promotions and marketing experience and a track record of managing high performing teams.
  • Proven experience delivering growth through promotion and retention strategies.
  • Experience with planning, project management, execution and evaluation against target metrics
  • Comfortable with high-level, strategic thinking, and hands-on implementation, with close attention to detail. You will constantly drive high performance throughout your team consistently raising the bar to ensure quality in delivery.
  • Experience managing large multi-brands gaming operations.
