Reporting directly to the Digital Acquisition Manager, the ‘Acquisition Executive’ will be responsible forexecuting Digital campaigns to contribute to business objectives by improving player acquisition andbrand awareness. The Acquisition Executive will work closely with CRM & Content and Creative teams tocoordinate and run A/B test to improve conversion and user experience during the welcome journey.
The Acquisition Exec is responsible for launching, executing, managing, and optimizing media campaignsusing different platforms and channels (paid search, display, programmatic, and paid social). As a part ofthe Digital Marketing Team, will be working towards our monthly targets such as SU, CPA, and ROI. Youwill also cooperate with various internal teams to deliver campaigns that align with the different Brandobjectives (Acquisition/Retention/Promotion/Brand/)
The role will suit someone who shows a real passion for making a difference in their team’s performance.We are looking for someone who is highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamicenvironment. Strong candidates must have the ability to work both autonomously and as a part of a teamand have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Day-to-day running of all paid channels, including but not limited to Paid Search, Display,Programmatic, Paid Social, and Apps installs campaigns.
• Responsible for providing analysis and optimization of the campaign’s performance in order toreach objectives.
• Track Fraud and Non-Compliance, and execute correction plans.
• Responsible for monitoring ad delivery across different platform and troubleshooting.
• Taking ownership of activity with the end to end responsibility.
• Accountable for brand front lines responsibilities such as ensuring all promotional materialspresented to target audience are compliant with country codes, follow brand creative guidelines,ensure campaigns are not visible in unappropriated media inventory.
• Responsible for optimizing performance of media channel portfolio by setting creative, offer andpromotion strategies in conjunction with relevant teams.
• Develop local knowledge of competitors and market conditions through regular research.
• Present findings, results, and recommendations on campaigns, target groups, and creativeefficiency.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics.
• Run A/B test on landings and website to improve conversion and welcome journey experience.
• Promptly flag performance drops, identify possible causes and execute correction.
• Accountable for being up to date with new industry trends and possibilities by researching onvarious data sources as industry’s magazines, researches, online and social media platforms.
