The Senior Brand Manager for Ladbrokes and Coral Gaming will work closely with the Head of Brand to ensure strategic alignment and creative excellence in all customer communications.  This role will support all other marketing functions to ensure all creative is delivering against our brand strategy, sets a high creative bar and is executed flawlessly.   The role will support the briefing and delivery of all BAU activity as well as key campaigns.  The role will work closely with channel owners across Performance, CRM, CS, Real time and studio to prioritise workload against business objectives and improve creative impact to increase customer engagement and business results.

Working closely across all a wide variety of business areas, this role will provide a diverse challenge for an ambitious individual with a passion to develop and refine solid marketing strategy and delivery skills.  It will be highly visible, and a great opportunity to broaden both marketing and business awareness and skills. The individual will help to educate and upskill other business areas in marketing process and judgement.

Key Responsibilities
 
Strategically align and execute the brand marketing plan with key objectives & propositions.
Brand guardian and responsible for driving brand strategy through 360 marketing campaigns across all brand-customer interactions and touchpoints
Understands how to use brand strategy to work with commercial teams to differentiate from competitors and shape compelling reasons to buy
Management of creatives and media buying across TV, Sponsorships, Partnerships, Radio, OOH and all other ATL media
Delivery of digital marketing campaigns focused on brand positioning, awareness and product showcasing with strong and defined CTAs
Development of close relationships with internal stakeholders/departments enabling the delivery of business objectives through marketing strategy
Building strong alignment with internal and external agencies/ partners, setting direction, performance indicators and KPI measures
Drive monthly, quarterly and annual investment planning to ensure strict budget management and streamlined accounting/payment processes
Implementation of effective and efficient media strategies (overall and at a channel level).
Ensuring alignment with the brand creative guidelines on an ongoing basis
Reporting KPI’s for marketing campaigns, monitoring performance  
 
Experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills – ability to use a range of communication styles and methods to engage audiences of different types and levels
Understanding of marketing objectives and how to translate these into marketing briefs and plan
Experience of working within a large organisation with a matrix of operational teams and delivering business objective
Proven track record of delivering creative marketing solutions
Clear communicator who can translate thoughts into clear and concise feedback judged against briefs
Can demonstrate strong peer to peer influencing and management
Marketing operational experience desirable.
