About The Role

We are looking for an Ops / CRM Associate to join the Professional Services Team in Entain.

This role is an excellent career progression for an internal candidate who wants to work with all Entain labels with an internal team of tech and product consultants (Professional Services Team) and make a positive impact across the business by helping various teams to achieve operational excellence and by working with Product, Technology, Operations and Marketing teams. 

Roles and responsibilities
Assist the PST team and CRM Ops expert(s) with creation and maintainenance of CRM learning material (PPT, videos, product demos) in SharePoint
Assist labels with their BAU CRM tasks and ensure the correct usage of CRM (PAT, Backoffice, EDS ,CSM, etc.) configurations
Depending on business needs, assist with BAU and learning material creation tasks for the International and US business (e.g. might require occasionally working unsocial hours according to ET time zone) 
Host training sessions & demos for both new and existing users
Attend new release calls to understand the product/feature and then create the corresponding learning material in various format (e.g. PPT, videos, documentation, etc.) 
Attend UAT calls and assist with UAT tasks for CRM Product releases 
Answer CRM tools related questions via incoming calls, chats, or emails in a prompt and professional manner
Maintain an excellent working relationship with key stakeholders 

Essential skills required 
Excellent English language skills (writing & speaking) 
Previous experience (2+ years) in online gaming, preferably within Marketing (Ops and Marketing) across various Products (Casino, Sportsbook, Bingo and Poker) is an advantage
Previous experience (2+ years) in using Entain CRM and CS systems (Backoffice, PAT, EDS, CSM, P-reports, etc.) in either a CRM / Operations or Customer Service role 
Experience with Sitecore is an advantage, but not essential 

Soft skills required
Ability to set priorities, manage time, organize work, and meet deadlines independently
Ability to clearly communicate in oral and written form, and deal effectively with diverse groups
